Volkobind Engineering Co. Ltd operates a Quality Management System approved to ISO 9001:2015. A critical feature of this is the process routing which defines the sequence of manufacturing operations and inspection criteria for specific components.
We have a fully equipped inspection department for both in process and final inspection. A good stock of conventional metrology equipment is complemented with an Aberlink Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine and Starrett Optical Comparitor.
Most of our finished goods are suitably packaged then dispatched and delivered via our own transport. If this is not the most economical method then a reputable courier service is used where tracking of goods is possible.
